This blog is my way of connecting with families like ours.

Becoming a mom to my boys has changed my life but becoming a mom to a child on the spectrum has changed my heart in ways I never imagined. There are moments of joy, moments of challenge and moments where I have to remind myself how strong I really am.

This blog is where I share our journey- honestly, openly and with love. If you are on a similar path, just know ……. you are not alone.

Raising my son has taught me patience, love, and the power of community.

A mother and son share a tender moment on a sofa. The mother, with long dark hair tied back, leans in to touch her forehead against her son's. The child wears a green shirt and light blue overalls, sitting curled up on the sofa with a coy smile. The room has a soft and cozy feel, with light pouring in from a nearby window.
A close-up view of two hands gently holding a child's small hand, creating a sense of care and protection. The image is black and white, adding depth and emotion to the scene.
